HOW IS THIS DELIVERED?
My training can be delivered in a number of ways:
Consultancy sessions
Interactive workshops
With intermittent ‘check in’ support in -between /post sessions
Both are available online or in-person as 121 or group led sessions
WHAT IS THE COST?
Consultancy sessions start from £125 per hour - individual or retainer options available
Workshops start at £425.00 upwards.
*Prices range based on length of time and amount of people in attendance

MY HYBRID SUPPORT MODEL
My hybrid model of Coaching, Consultancy and Training offers all the necessary elements to provide flexibility within our sessions, allowing for a free flow of discussion which offers support, understanding, thought provoking questioning and the sharing of knowledge and expertise.
Coaching- This will be the thread that runs through each of our sessions and where relevant I will bring into play coaching tools and techniques to guide our time together. I am here to listen to your needs, concerns and ideas, ask thought provoking questions and encourage and empower YOU to make the right decisions for YOURSELF.
Consultancy - Through the sharing of knowledge and experience-This is where we will work together to come up with solutions, make actionable plans and set achievable goals through various frameworks, tools and techniques (some exclusive to me) I can’t wait to share with you.

In 2008 I took the leap to launch my own events company- RSViP
With a background in theatre design, event management was a natural progression and in year three I embarked on the world of business networking hosting relaxed, enjoyable events for business professionals from a wide range of industries.
Over the past ten years, I have hosted hundreds of events, facilitated hundreds of thousands of connections, resulting in hundreds of thousands of revenue made.
